Those of you outside the hospital radio sphere he will be unaware of the National Hospital Radio Awards. Each year or less hospital radio folk get together throw a massive party and give out awards for best presenters, best station etc. Making an award entry involves listening back to all of your show material in the past year and painstakingly piecing it together. As you can tell by the Vine video above the many hours of editing are starting to get to me. I’m sat here waiting for an MP3 to save itself while listening to George Formby. My view of the world is totally obscured by a clutter of papers, a victory drinks and hard disk drives. Moaning aside, having done this before I can honestly say once you have your entry finished and can listen to it back it feels very worthwhile.
