For the third consecutive year Rhodders has been nominated in the Best Male category in the HBA Awards (Hospital Radio Association). The HBA awards are a national radio competition open to all hospital radio stations in the UK. Entrants have to send in a short demo which is judged by radio industry professionals. Rhodders has been presenting on hospital radio Reading for the past 6 years and currently hosts their Saturday lunchtime request show. This nomination earned Rhodders a misspelled mention in a local paper! See below. The results are announced at the awards ceremony in Blackpool on March 23rd
